The enterprise «Kometa» amp has been working at filter market since 1992, nowadays it supplies metallurgy and cement enterprises of CIS with filter such as bag filters.
Technological potentialities of our production:
1. Working-polyester 100% (operation temperature up to 145 °C).
2. Basic filter material making (surface density 250-450 g/m2) making (with from 10 to 2000 mm.), no need cutting less waste, linen edge is technologically fixed. It is used where regeneration is laboured needle-punched fabric. In comparison with technocloth basic filter material is more stable to hard technological conditions. More active surface of our linen allows increasing air permeability keeping its dust detaining quality.
3. Seamless filter foundation hose making, D 135 mm.
4. Filter linen working up to Customers terms; air permeability from 60 unit (VF-19-smal particles -lime, flour) to 215 unit (VF-12-cement dust).
5. The enterprises possesses needle-punched fabric welding technologies that allows to make filter elements of any configuration and complicacy. The use of resistance weld instead of traditional one increases technical and filter characteristics of output.
